Greetings Gamers. This is Mewkow, a resident expert on a common gamer condition called Altitis.

With the Pre-Patch in full swing, let’s focus on…our Alts.
While there is already plenty to do with the 7.0 patch in play, alts are worth the focus.
If you still have any alts in that level 90 to 100 range, the experience needed has been greatly reduced, making the process faster than ever.
You should also give your various alts and their specs a full run through to see how you like them.
You might even find yourself switching your ‘main’ character to something new, due a total class overhaul.
And for those of us with multiples of a class; worry not.
Even though all specs are now open to us with the click of a button, the Legion artifact weapon you choose has a major impact.
Multiple class alts means multiple artifact quest lines to experience, just in time for the lore buffet to begin.

Greetings Gamers. This is Mewkow, a resident expert on a common gamer condition called Altitis.

This time, we’ll be covering a more warcraft-centric aspect that everyone seems to love to hate; Garrisons.
Where most players may see a boring, chore like mechanic, an altoholic will see an opportunity to really make use of their alts.
By getting your alts to level 90, and doing the very least of questing to get your garrison, that alt will start generating garrison resources.
From there, it is very easy to set the garrison up to be a money making source.
With a little more effort, it can really become a money making powerhouse with the use of the trading post, and followers that can bring back even more.
A full alt spread of decently manageable garrisons can generate thousands in gold a week, depending on the time and effort you put in.
A more specialized setup with the appropriate crafting or gathering shops can turn that garrison into a crafting resource center to support another alt’s creation.
With a bit more work, and the addition of a barn, you can even make that alt garrison into a raiding resource generator for just about any need.
When you have a healthy case of Altitis, it really pays to put it to work for you.
